Terms and Conditions for Freelance Research and Editing Work

I charge £30/$40 per hour.  I charge for the exact number of hours I work rounded up to the nearest quarter of an hour.

When you engage my services, I will send you a contract which must be signed (electronically) before work begins. 

I will send you an invoice when work is completed.  Payment is due immediately and should be received within one week.  Payments can be made in British Pounds or U.S. Dollars via PayPal or bank transfer.  Repeat customers can pay by personal check/cheque if they prefer.

My main work hours are between 9am and 3pm during school terms.  I am sometimes available outside of these hours if arranged in advance. 

All services are confidential.  I will not reproduce your work or share it with anyone without your permission.
