My experience in academia includes:
- Teaching art history courses to a range of students at universities in the US and UK
- Researching how mass magazines presented abstract art to the American public in the 1950s
- Writing short papers as well as a book-length PhD dissertation
- Presenting research at eleven professional conferences
- Editing a journal
- Organizing conferences
- Creating and maintaining basic websites for a number of organizations
I have also worked in office and creative environments outside of academia doing graphic design, typesetting, marketing, and general office administration.
